Texture! My art work is all about texture by creating these abstract compositions which have dramatic, three-dimensional effects that draw you into the design. This is accomplished by using my handmade cotton rag papers, wool felt and various other fibers that are enhanced with various applications of acrylic paints, washes and fiber dyes. I have been working as a fiber artist for the last 25 years. My work is always evolving as I love to experiment with traditional and new fiber techniques.
